Inquiries and direct email
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional organization, request type, and description. We use the information you send to respond and discuss the product or project you ask about. After you complete spam protection and select Send inquiry, the form sends those fields and a CAPTCHA response to Web3Forms for processing and delivery to our IONOS-hosted mailbox. Opening the page does not send an inquiry.
The website does not save inquiry fields in its own browser storage or automatically retry submissions. Your browser may retain autofill or page history according to its settings. A successful service response confirms acceptance for processing, rather than delivery of a particular message.
You can also email contact@chosenpathinteractive.com. Email links open your email application, where you choose whether to send a message. Please do not include passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information, confidential business information, or children’s personal information in a general inquiry.
Inquiry providers and spam protection
Selecting Load spam protection loads hCaptcha, provided by Intuition Machines, Inc. It processes technical and interaction information, which can include your IP address, browser and device details, and challenge interactions, to help prevent spam and abuse. Provider-controlled cookies or browser storage may apply. See hCaptcha’s privacy information.
Web3Forms processes and retains form submissions as well as sending notification emails. The account currently has a three-year submission-retention setting. Copies delivered to our email mailbox are separate records. Web3Forms states that submitter IP and email addresses may also be processed by CleanTalk and Akismet for spam prevention. Its privacy information describes its infrastructure, international processing, and service providers.
Newsletter choices
Newsletter signup is optional and separate from making an inquiry. The Brevo form asks for your email address and a separate consent choice, which is initially unchecked. The newsletter covers Chosen Path Interactive’s apps, books, and projects. Brevo processes your address and consent record, and sends a confirmation email. You must use its confirmation link to complete your subscription.
You can use the newsletter unsubscribe form to stop email campaigns. Unsubscribing blocks campaign emails; it does not automatically erase the contact record. Brevo retains the unsubscribe status to help keep unsubscribed addresses excluded from campaigns.
Loading the embedded newsletter form or opening its hosted page contacts Brevo and its Cloudflare Turnstile spam-protection service. They may process technical and interaction information, including IP address and browser or device details, and use provider-controlled storage or cookies. The form is provided by Brevo. This website does not copy newsletter entries into inquiries or add inquiry details to the newsletter list. See Brevo’s privacy information and Cloudflare’s privacy information.
Website storage and external links
The website code does not add analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies, persistent browser storage, third-party fonts, or embedded video players. The external form and spam-protection services described above have their own processing practices. Product links lead to Google Play or Amazon; their privacy practices apply when you open those sites.
